Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Packages from our foreign warehouses will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

Very beautiful earrings , much the description, they are very modern and chic, Stamp S925, pearl good quality perfect size which makes it suitable for every day. Fast shipping less than two weeks. I recommend both store and the earrings. Not my first order and for sure not the the last...
Earrings are very cute, with real freshwater pearls-not imitation, so they are gorgeous! I wear more than a month without taking off, everything is fine, does not cloud anything, does not darken. Silver is also real, earlier i checked from the jeweler a lot of other jewelry from jewelry palace: ring, chain, pendant and other earrings-so i'm completely sure that these earrings are from 925 silver! Pearls are cold, on the teeth creak, mother-of-pearl overflows are very beautiful! I ordered on a black friday with a pendant, as a set. The only negative is that the ears on the plugs relax, they need to constantly press harder to the carnation, otherwise you can lose! I am very pleased that with this order there were no problems! Delivery to the moscow region was a little more than a month, the packaging, as always, is excellent. The store is sociable, but with another order he disappointed me! But these wonderful pearls are very fond, i recommend to purchase!
